9月12日,江苏省企业联合会花木园林内循环供需对接会在常州成功举办。本次会议旨在应对当前市场环境变化,缓解行业供需信息不对称问题,推动花木园林产业实现高质量发展。
来自江苏省属企业、科研院所、设计单位、园林工程公司及苗木生产企业的70余位代表参会,覆盖产业链上下游多家主体。会议通过供需双方面对面推介和精准对接,促成多家企业现场明确合作意向,为深化花木园林产业内循环注入了新动力。

实地考察,探访园林企业多元业态
会议伊始,与会代表集中走访考察了常州多家园林企业,通过实地调研为供需对接提供了直观的行业背景与合作灵感。
常州万川园林绿化工程有限公司展示了其西班牙油橄榄基地与盆景园。董事长曾福军介绍,公司自2003年从挖树业务起步,现已发展成为集大型苗圃建设、市政园林设计、施工、养护、教育培训及劳务派出于一体的综合性企业。

常州金典天辰园林工程有限公司下属的“三鑫美树馆”产业园展示了多种精品造型树。总经理姚辉表示,该企业专注于为酒店、会所、私家别墅庭院及集团总部提供一站式园林服务,涵盖园林设计、施工、养护和名贵苗木种植销售。

夏溪花木市场作为华东地区乃至全国重要的花卉与绿化苗木集散地,近年来不断拓展经营项目,配套发展花园经济,深入推进企业改革与创新。市场增设了“拾芳园”等一批园艺工作室,提供从园林设计、苗木采购到资材配置的一站式服务。

考察发现,传统园艺行业正积极推进转型升级,主要依托场景化销售、区域功能整合和设计驱动三大策略。具体措施包括:优化产品布局、打造户外交易集群,并积极引入设计师资源以创新销售场景,从而构建高效且注重体验的商业模式。商家逐步从单一商品销售转向打造沉浸式消费场景,通过将园艺产品与户外环境相融合,形成具有吸引力的场景化交易空间,增强消费者体验与购买意愿。同时,通过集中化布局提升运营效率和资源分配水平,进一步推动行业高质量发展。

推介展示,优质产品与服务集中亮相
江苏省企业联合会花木园林专业委员会秘书长田炳坤在致辞中表示,本次会议旨在“推动花木园林产业健康发展,缓解买难卖难矛盾”,促进设计、工程与苗木企业深度融合,搭建供需对接与合作交流平台。
需求方参会单位包括江苏交通控股、东部机场集团、金陵饭店集团、江苏银行、江苏省农垦集团、苏豪控股集团、苏美达五金工具等多家大型国企及相关业务负责人。启迪设计集团、江苏省建筑园林设计院、江苏浩森建筑设计院分别介绍了自身设计资质与项目案例。

供应方方面,13家园林工程及苗木企业作推介发言,包括常州金典天辰园林工程有限公司、常州市万川园林绿化工程有限公司、东台通源种苗场等。东台通源种苗场重点介绍了生态修复与林业种苗培育服务;江苏苏圃生态、东台铭儒苗木家庭农场、扬州大禹竹园、邳州东茂绿化等企业则推介了金叶水杉、彩枫、耐寒竹、北美红栎等新优特植物品种。江苏花名堂农业科技推出“有水就能活”的花木产品,以解决养护难题;江苏恒源园艺用品展示了100多种远销70多个国家和地区的园艺资材。


在需方发言环节,多家企业提出具体合作意向。例如,苏美达五金工具公司对江苏恒源园艺的出口资材表示出考察合作意愿;东部机场集团、苏豪置业等则从绿化设计、养护管理及苗木供应等方面提出需求。南通田源无土草坪有限公司代表现场作出质量承诺,积极回应需求方关切,现场交流气氛热烈。

On September 12th, the Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Confederation successfully held a supply and demand matching conference for the internal circulation of flowers, trees and gardens in Changzhou. This meeting aims to address the current changes in the market environment, alleviate the asymmetry of supply and demand information in the industry, and promote the high-quality development of the flower and garden industry.
More than 70 representatives from provincial enterprises, research institutes, design units, landscape engineering companies and nursery production enterprises in Jiangsu Province attended the meeting, covering multiple entities from the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. The conference, through face-to-face promotion and precise matching between supply and demand sides, facilitated many enterprises to clarify their cooperation intentions on the spot, injecting new impetus into deepening the domestic circulation of the flower and garden industry.

Conduct on-site investigations and explore the diverse business forms of garden enterprises
At the beginning of the meeting, the representatives visited and inspected several garden enterprises in Changzhou in a concentrated manner. Through on-site research, they provided a direct industry background and cooperation inspiration for supply and demand matching.
Changzhou Wanchuan Landscape Gardening Engineering Co., Ltd. showcased its Spanish olive base and bonsai garden. Chairman Zeng Fujun introduced that the company started with tree digging business in 2003 and has now developed into a comprehensive enterprise integrating the construction of large-scale nurseries, municipal garden design, construction, maintenance, education and training, and labor dispatch.


The "Sanxin Beautiful Tree Pavilion" industrial park under Changzhou Jindian Tianchen Landscape Engineering Co., Ltd. showcases a variety of exquisite shaped trees. General Manager Yao Hui stated that the company is dedicated to providing one-stop garden services for hotels, clubs, private villa courtyards and group headquarters, covering garden design, construction, maintenance and the planting and sale of precious seedlings.

As an important distribution center for flowers and greenery seedlings in East China and even the whole country, Xiaxi Flower and Tree Market has been continuously expanding its business projects in recent years, developing garden economy in a supporting manner, and deeply promoting enterprise reform and innovation. The market has added a number of horticultural studios such as "Shifang Garden", providing one-stop services ranging from garden design, seedling procurement to material configuration.

Tian Bingkun, the secretary-general of the Flower, Tree and Garden Professional Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Federation, said in his speech that the purpose of this conference is to "promote the healthy development of the flower, tree and garden industry, alleviate the contradiction of difficulty in buying and selling", facilitate the in-depth integration of design, engineering and nursery enterprises, and build a platform for supply and demand matching and cooperation and exchange.
The participating units from the demand side include several large state-owned enterprises such as Jiangsu Communications Holding Group, Eastern Airport Group, Jinling Hotel Group, Jiangsu Bank, Jiangsu Provincial Agricultural Reclamation Group, Soho Holding Group, and Sumec Hardware Tools, as well as relevant business managers. Qidi Design Group, Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Architectural and Landscape Design, and Jiangsu Haosen Architectural Design Institute respectively introduced their design qualifications and project cases.

On the supply side, 13 landscape engineering and nursery enterprises made promotional speeches, including Changzhou Jindian Tianchen Landscape Engineering Co., LTD., Changzhou Wanchuan Landscape Greening Engineering Co., LTD., and Dongtai Tongyuan Seedling Farm, etc. Dongtai Tongyuan Seedling Farm highlighted ecological restoration and forestry seedling cultivation services. Enterprises such as Jiangsu Supu Ecology, Dongtai Mingru Nursery Family Farm, Yangzhou Dayu Bamboo Garden, and Pizhou Dongmao Greening introduced new, superior and special plant varieties such as Golden Leaf Metasequoia, Colorful Maple, cold-resistant Bamboo, and North American red Oak. Jiangsu Huamingtang Agricultural Science and Technology has launched flower and tree products that can survive as long as there is water to solve the problem of maintenance. Jiangsu Hengyuan Gardening Supplies showcased over 100 kinds of gardening materials that are exported to more than 70 countries and regions.




During the demand side's presentation session, many enterprises put forward specific cooperation intentions. For instance, Sumec Hardware Tools Company expressed its willingness to investigate and cooperate on the export materials of Jiangsu Hengyuan Horticulture. Eastern Airport Group, Soho Properties and others have put forward demands in terms of greening design, maintenance management and supply of seedlings. The representative of Nantong Tianyuan Soilless Lawn Co., Ltd. made a quality commitment on the spot, actively responded to the concerns of the demander, and the on-site communication atmosphere was lively.



Li kun, the president of the Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Confederation, pointed out in his summary: "Against the backdrop of the current challenges faced by the flower and tree industry, this matchmaking event is of great significance." It is hoped that enterprises can achieve practical cooperation, summarize experiences and break with the old to establish the new. This event has built an efficient and direct internal circulation platform for the flower and garden industry in Jiangsu Province, laying a solid foundation for achieving resource sharing and coordinated industrial development."
